Product Description:
6053 is water dispersion of epoxy resin.The appearance is white emulsion with  blue light.It contains about 7% Proprylene glycol methyl ether. Especially suitable for painting in containers.

Application:
1.Combination use of this product with epoxy hardener (such as AERS® 7016)  will provide excellent adhesion to most metals,and suitable to make primer of anti-rust paint and protection paint.In order to achieve better corrosion resistance, it is generally recommended that the amount of curing agent is 80% ~ 90% of the chemical theoretical calculation amount. It also can be used for both primer and finish decorative paint with low requirement of weather resistance.
2. When participating in the dispersive grinding of pigments,temperature should not exceed 50 ºC.
3.During the design of the formula, additives or pigment and fillers can be used only when they are proved to be stable in the formula. If additives contain substances that can react with epoxy groups, it will affect the stability of the formula.
4.During the use of this product, there is no need to add pH regulator.
Storage and Safety

1. Closed containers under 0ºC-40ºC.This product has high stability with over 12 mouths shelf-life.The viscosity to some extent will getting lower over storage,but has no effect on its use.
2. The product should be kept under anti-freezing environment to avoid possible freezing.
3. It is harmful to aquatic organism and maybe cause long term bad affection on aquatic environment.
4. Customers need to read MSDS carefully,which covers information of labeling,transportation,storage,use,safety and ecology.We do not suggest customers to use,storage and transit the product unless the front-line workers are well awareness of all precautions and suggestions indicated on MSDS.
